Description
This residence is located in Addis Ababa. As a whole, the design emphasis is a concept of classical revival architecture, whilst maintaining modern design elements. The residence features characters of boxed eaves, windows that are commonly double hung, materials that are durable such as stone and marble, and features arch-shaped structure as a front facade, a combination of styles, rectangular forms, and whitewashed exteriors.
The residence is placed at 402m2. The basement floor functions as a service floor. On the ground floor, there are the family room and guest room also a service room. The first floor includes a living, dining and a modern kitchen. The following floor is the private spaces including 3 bedrooms. At the top of the residence, there is a gym, a steam sauna, and an open bar.
Overall, the building blends classical and modern elements that create a long-lasting building of great quality and with an efficient use of natural resources.
