Description
This particular building mainly highlights the function with low levels of ornamentation; it is portrayed to serve the demands of the city. The simplicity of the building which also translated into its functional adaptability was to prescribe the needs of everyday life. This building serves the purpose of meeting social needs and all are indispensable for the long-term survival of society.
The building is placed in 1,586.3m2. The ground and 1st-floor space are used for commercial purposes. The following 2nd floor includes both commercial and a motel where people rent for a day or more. The rest 3rd and 4th floors function as both office and motel-like rooms.
Overall in this building function comes first. The design is above all oriented towards the practical use of the building so that the purpose and functionality take priority.
