The Nu Fokia is at Kasanchis which is located in the hub of Addis Ababa. The design of the Nu Fokia Apartment was inspired by the classical style of Architecture.
The building is placed at 1192 meter square. The first 2 floors are commercial. The apartment floor is Starting from the 2nd floor to the 12th floor. In this building, there are 72 households. On the 13th floor & 14th floors there is a penthouse floor with its own terrace.
